The registered office of the Cotton Shop constitutes the place of execution for all purchases and deliveries made, unless provisional arrangements have been agreed upon prior to ordering. 

Prices: 

Prices on the Cotton Shop website are only applicable to purchases made through the website, and do not apply to those found at the Cotton SHOP, established at Rue du Cendrier 19, 1201 Geneva, Switzerland.
The minimum order purchase is of 30 Swiss Francs, excluding the 10 Swiss Franc delivery charge for European Union member countries, or the 15 Swiss Franc delivery charge for non-European Union countries.
All prices displayed on the website are tax-free, and do not include Value Added Tax or shipping costs.
For deliveries outside of Switzerland, Value Added Tax is not included in the final price. 

Payment: 

Payments are to be made online by means of a credit card through our secured server connection (128 bits SSL). 

Client Solvency 

The Cotton Shop reserves the right to examine the solvency of its clients. Upon placing an order, the client explicitly agrees to give the Cotton Shop the right to examine his/her solvency.
The Cotton Shop reserves the right to cancel orders made by clients if they are found to be insolvent or if one or more transactions between the Cotton Shop and the client remain unpaid.  

Refunds: 

If the client has the right to a refund, these will be credited to a client account at the Cotton Shop, which may be used by the client in his/her next purchase(s) at the Cotton Shop. The client may also request a refund to his/her credit card or to his/her postal account or bank account. 

Shipping and insurance: 

Delivery of merchandise to a designated address specified by the client is at his/her own cost. The Cotton Shop will not be held responsible for any damage incurred during shipping.
The Cotton Shop will provide shipping insurance only if the client requests this in written form.

Complaints regarding defects 

Complaints concerning defects of merchandise of any nature or form can only be taken into consideration if they are made in written form within seven days of reception of the merchandise, starting from the date of reception of the said merchandise.

Legal Forum 

All contracts undertaken between the client and the Cotton Ship are subject to Swiss law.
